    The is place has great bagels but there is ZERO "customer" in "customer service". I asked them to take egg off of premade bagel, sausage and egg sandwich and they said I would have to do it myself. I suggested I'd hand egg to them to throw away as I find eggs rather smelly. She pointed to the trash down the hall of airport and told me to do it myself. When I asked the manager to not yell at me, she said she can't help it, that the sounds are loud and she has a loud voice. So, it's all about the staff at this place and nothing about the customer. This place has really gone downhill. La Gloria's next door was a wonderful experience!

    Absolute garbage. Frozen, rotting food. Disgusting. Pizzas for $10 with a diameter of 6 inches. The cashier was polite at the very least.

    Over priced. Don’t sell hot tea . Staff acted busy and gave a plastic bag with one sandwich instead of two and said “have a safe flight “ luckily we decided to sit right there to eat and discovered we’re missing one sandwich 🙏. She didn’t even apologize but just handed the other sandwich when we told her ☹️.

    In this day n age of on line review it really dissent pay off to be rude n mean to your customers Danielle was very rude argumentative at the end I was afrade to eat the food prepared with so much hate wen she refused to give me corporates number n said she was the maim manager I figure on line.     I shoulda avoided this place, they didn't even have tzaziki sauce.
